Visually inspect the lamp cup, lampshade, and lamp holder for any scratches, burrs, cracks, deformation, etc. Take a set of samples for trial installation to confirm the screw hole size and position of each accessory. Visually check whether the circuit board component and component polarity are clearly marked; whether the copper foil is bulged or not, and use a multimeter to measure whether the circuit (aluminum substrate) has an open circuit or a short circuit. Check whether the LED color and brightness, color temperature are consistent with the requirements, whether there is scratch on the surface of the LED lamp, and whether the power supply value parameter is consistent with the actual. 3 aluminum substrate fixing screws, brown/white two power cables of about 6cm length are suitable.
2. Thermal grease coated on aluminum substrate
The thermal grease is evenly applied to the center circle of the LED lamp package marked on the aluminum substrate.
3. Welding LED
Take the 3PCSLED lamp and solder it to the position indicated on the positive and negative electrodes and the aluminum substrate. Solder on one of the polarities of the aluminum substrate, solder the same polarity end of the LED to the pre-good solder end, and solder the other end of the LED to the other pin of the aluminum substrate LED package.
Note: The solder joints are required to be full, there is no virtual soldering, false soldering, short circuit phenomenon, and the LED soldering position is correct. When welding, an antistatic ring must be worn.
4. Welding power input, output lead
The lead wire of the lamp cap is soldered to the power input end, and the power supply output end is soldered with two brown/white power leads.
5. Power sleeve heat shrinkable tube and heat shrinkage
Use a 20mm heat shrinkable tube to cover the power supply and heat it with a heat gun to tighten it. The length of the heat shrinkable tube must exceed the length of the power supply by about 1 cm to 2 cm.
6. Fixed lamp head
Put a small amount of 189 glue on the thread of the lamp cup, and screw the lamp head along the threaded cup of the 189 glue.
7. Apply thermal grease on the lamp cup
Evenly apply thermal grease to the plane of the lamp cup.
8. Fixed lamp board, welding power output lead
The circuit board is adhered to the bottom plate on which the lamp cup is fixed, and the aluminum substrate is fixed by three screws, and the power output lead is passed out from the center hole of the circuit board.
9. Welding soap source output line
Solder the power output lead to the solder joint of the board according to the positive and negative polarity.
10. Install and fix the lampshade
Put a small amount of 189 glue on the thread of the lamp cup and screw the lamp cover along the threaded cup of the 189 glue.
11. Power-on inspection
External AC220V lights up the finished lamp. After lighting, the brightness and color are evenly qualified, otherwise the LED lamp, power lead and power supply should be inspected and repaired.
12. Lamp head
Use the lamp holder to hit the E27 lamp holder and fix the E27 lamp holder.
13. Full inspection
Check whether the lamp cap and lampshade are firmly combined, and the appearance is not broken, and the finished product surface is clean and free from foreign matter.
